HomeQuestions & AnswersHello,
I’m a 32 year old with a 5 year old son.. I’m in my second pregnancy right now (13 weeks). I got my NT scan done at 12 weeks 6 days and the NT value came out to be 2.9mm.. I have been put in a high risk category for Trisomy 21 ( 1 in 291) and this has shattered me completely. My gynec suggested NIPT for which we are waiting for the results. I’m extremely worried and the wait is killing me. So I went for another ultrasound today(13 w 3 days) to get a second opinion and the NT value is showing as 1.8mm now. I’m extremely confused and worried now.. Any suggestions or advice ?
