#AskTheExpert hi doctor, my baby is 7 months he Wight is 7 kg, (birth weight 2.7) she doesn't like eat , take 1 ans½ hours to eat 2 spoon of cerelac. what is give hr... any weight gain food require please it's very tough duty for me to eat her

Hello mom Babies will double their birth weight by the age of 4 to 6 months she has done that not to worry now it will triple up by the age of one year next coming up to her food eating habits make sure that the baby is entertained you sing for him or get some board books of age appropriate also engaged in some toys while feeding try to give her different foods or different flavours try to give home-made food much as possible you can give steamed and mashed vegetables or fruits or you can also go in for a multigrain or a ragi or Suji porridge ,soups can be given curd ,ghee etc
