#AskTheExpert Hi Doctor, my baby is 20 months, please let me know if in any neal i have an option of choosing between milk(full cream) and a food item which is preferable.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom you can opt for kichcidi or say dal and rice with ghee or whole egg , or panner as well too is good enough as the milk is high in protein and as it’s full cream high in fat as well
