Hii can anyone pls tell me the full day routine if food nd milk for 33 months old with gaps in between food, I request for the full day routine

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children3 years agoA. good evening you should be incorporating 3 proper semi-solid meals in the day including three hundred ml of milk throughout the day I would recommend you to give all normal food prepared at home
