Q.

#AskTheExpert hi doctor.. my baby had severe cold.. he was alright before going to bed in night.. in the mid night he started shivering but he don't have fever.. on safe side I have given him crocin syrup.. is there anything to worry.. can u please help me..

A. yes you can give paracetamol that is crocin for fever headache body ache and inflammation to the child. For cold you can give drops maxtra 1 ml to the child 2 times per day and try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly for nasal blockage and simple cough and cold
