#asktheexpert hi doctor my 3year and 4month older baby girl was operated next day under genral aenasthesia for the removal of sacrocoxxyrgeal teratoma.she is now facing develpmental issues like she cant make words and sentences she not responds after her name she dnt even say mama papa to us..only sings the poem repeatedly all the day

well , you need to increase your conversation with your child
for example
talk with your child about your daily activities ,point out different objects and talk with your child about it.
and visit your pediatrician for once
