#asktheexpert hi doctor my 1 month 23 days old son has got severe cold not able drink milk n sleep properly n wakes up with cough n crying loudly which syrups can I give n how do help. his nose block difficulty in breathing

A. Naso clear is a good nasal drop that you can use as of now you can give it into the nose of your child one drop each every 5 to 6 hours this is going to help and for a proper medication if you need to give you can give AF drops of Sinarist that will also help a lot
