Babies with no particular health condition or not premature or not with low birth weight and are perfectly normal can travel in flight when they are above 2 weeks old or preferably after 2 months or more safely around 4 to 6 months. Of course the air plane will be a covered environment with lot of people thereby exposing the baby to many viruses. Babies immune system may not be strong enough to handle it.
