#asktheexpert Hi Doctor, I would like to know which all veg protein rich items (in how much quantity) should be included in 7 year girl daily diet?

A. Best high-protein foods for toddlers and kids Eggs. Yogurt. Nut butters. Cheese. Poultry. Meat. Lentils. Beans.You just need to give your baby proper nutritious diet which includes more of green leafy vegetables sprouted grains and cereals and fruits along with proper liquid intake which will help your baby develop soon

A. the daily protein consumption should be according body at as if wt is 14 kg then 14 g daily of proteins..needed give milk and dairy products as curd paneer dals and pulses soyabeans..
