#AskTheExpert Hi Doctor, I have given the birth to a baby girl on 18th aug 2022 but I am not having breast milk. what should i do for breast milk?

A. hi dear A newborn should be put to the breast at least every 2 to 3 hours and nurse for 10 to 15 minutes on each side. A 20- to 30-minute feeding helps to ensure that the baby is getting enough breast milk. It is also enough time to stimulate your body to build up your milk supply.
