Q.

#AskTheExpert Hi doctor, I have a 6 mnth old baby. I have resumed my job a few weeks back, now my milk supply is low. Currently I am feeding her morning and evenings and for rest of the day pumping and storing. But due to low supply am not able to store enough milk. What can I do for this?? Kindly give some suggestions

A. you can plan earlier weaning. you can show the baby to a pediatric doctor who will check and find the right diagnosis and treat wellsee more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

A. hello mom have lactation tablet have shatrvati Grind Cumin seeds fennel seeds and Mishri make powder of it and take this powder three times a day with warm milk.have all the seasonal vegetables and fruits curd porridge oats dry fruits have a glass of water every time you are going to feed your baby. start semi solid diet
