#AskTheExpert Hi Doctor, I am blessed with twin babies now they are 1 month old. yesterday they took 6 weeks vacation. now they are with lite fever and vomiting. can I know the cause behind the vomiting is it bcz of vacation or bcz of fever or any other reason?????

A. Thank you for your response but my question is regarding vomiting is it bcz of that fever or any other reason

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be agaidn repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if fever is repeating. and you cafn also do cold sponging of the body if required
