#asktheexpert Hi doctor... Can my baby be teething at the age of 4.5 months? He generally chews his fingers and bites everything he gets. Drooling too much and irritated. He even scratches his face and ears alot

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. yes why not it s teeth eruption signs can be drooling of saliva swelling in gums and even irritable cranky baby . to ease the pain can give a teether wooden or any pacifier available in market . Massage gums will help.
give vit d 3 drops 1ml 400 I U or 0.5 ml of 800 I U each day till 1 year of age for strong bones and teeth
