my baby chews on anything he lays his hands on . also he bites my fingers. although there is no visible teeth coming. are these symptoms of early teething

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. yes this can be because of the teeth Eruption of teeth is a physiological process baby will not have any Feverr and loose motions Please massage the gums with your finger apply dentogel on the gums of the baby

Gently press your child’s gums with a soft cotton cloth dipped in cold water to reduce teething discomfort. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand. Good luck and take care.
