A. Hello dear parent! Yes, you can give them as long they suit your child’s digestion. Start giving in small quantities to check the suitability and for better assimilation. Limit the dairy intake to maximum of 500ml per day. Include all food groups in your child’s diet that is staple in your family. Good luck and take care.
