A. he takes 2-3 burps after every feed. he is exclusively breast fed. after burping also, I can see him uncomfortable while lying down even after an hour of feed. and he wakes up mid sleep with a loud cry like he is having some pain or is very uncomfortable and then he swallows back the sour milk which comes in his mouth. he never spit it out. my basic concern is only this, is it normal? does it happen in kids or should I give him any kind of medicines to relieve the pain?

A. Baby one month, whether you may be aware for proper burping from the child mouth after taking your breast milk. Also donot lift the baby all in a sudden after taking the milk. Give some massage to the baby shoulder back for few minutes or till the baby discharging burping sound. Baby may be uneasy or reflux the intake quantity if the baby not releasing the gas.
