#AskTheExpert Hi Doc,. My baby is 17 months old. she repeats partially few words when we say like appl baab caa fish but she doesn't call us Amma appa. is it OK to wait few more months for her to talk.

yes it is ok.
but if you have any dobut better to have talk with your pediatrician.
keep talking with your child more.
spend quality time with your child
play different games, sing rhymes and read stories with your child.
it will help in this.
but please don't force your child and don't expect perfection from your child.
avoid to allow watching TV mobile or any other gadgets at this tender age.
