#asktheexpert Hi doc. My 19months old baby boy becomes hyper active before sleep. and finds it extreme difficult to fall asleep. I tried everythng. Dark room, reading books , warm bath, nothing works. Is it normal?

A. See you should keep your child awake in the daytime and put your child straight sleep in the night sometimes the child is not exhausted enough they do not sleep in one go but when the child is going to be tired I’m sure it’ll work for you
