#AskTheExpert Hi Doc, I'm mother of 1.5 year old baby. after delivery I didn't get my periods for 9 months and after that for 2 months I got it on time (28 days cycle) but suddenly I started getting my periods after every 13-14 days for 4 months and from last 4 months I'm not getting my periods. please note I'm still doing breastfeeding 1-2 times a day.

It will correct soon
Do some light exercise yoga regularly
Do abdominal stretching exercise
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products
Maintain hydration
Maintain hygiene
