#asktheexpert after 1 year of delivery still periods to happen...how many days it takes for periods after delivery

Contraception of proper types you need. regularly use n not missing is important. avoid multiple dose changeWell, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this.

It Can we 12 to 16 months also in a lot of cases so basically over here you do not have to worry about it whenever your body is ready for it you will get your period so till the time we do not get it is completely normal don’t worry about it at all just enjoy your period free time
