#AskTheExpert Hi doc , i am a mother to a 4month old baby . I think that my milk supply is not increasing with his increased demand as when I pumping the milk from breast pump (electric) i am seeing very less output . What can I do to increase the milk supply ? What time is best to pump so that we get the most output? is it good to pump right after feeding?

shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Your breasts are naturally fuller earlier in the day, so the morning is a good time to net more milk. On days when you're with your baby, squeeze in a pumping session around an hour after you nurse and at least an hour before the next time you breastfeed
