#asktheexpert Hi doc. I am a mother of 2.9 years old boy. I am worried about his eating habits. He is very skinny and his weight is also increasing very slowly. He is choosy in eating anything I give him. Can you please guide what can I give him to increase his diet and immunity also. Thank you.

A. dear Mum fussy eaters are less likely to have healthy weight you as parents will have to set a positive example by consuming healty foods and encourage healthy eating for the whole family. stop storing junk unhealthy food should not be treat for finishing healthy meals

A. Hello dear parent! Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in your child’s diet. Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet that is healthy and staple in your family.
