#asktheexpert hi doc hope you are doing well. i want to know regarding my periods cycle . my baby is now 3 months old but still my periods is not being started. When can I expect my periods. and one more thing after delivery I was bleeding almost one month my baby was born on 6th March and my bleeding was Stop on 12th April.

ExpertDr Sheetal AggarwalObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. hi mom if u r doing exclusive breast feeding till now then u might not get periods it is lactational amenorrhea .. but u should use contraception to avoid pregnancy
