#asktheexpert hi doc, can we consume milk or milk products after taking iron tablets ?

A. not immidialtly, as it hamper absorbtion if iron. keep a gap of 2 hour atleast. altough u may taje vit c enrich fruit or fruit juice do take as per advice with ur doctor.
