A. hi mom u should eat balanced diet foods rich in protein vitamins and minerals plenty of fluids such as coconut water lemon water butter milk etc do regular exercise .. tc

Just eat well that is what I can tell you and if you every thing is going good then you should start working out also you can do crows need prenatal yoga after consulting your doctor as to which one is going to be the best one for you to go ahead with so try going ahead with that as wellWrite Your Answer Here
