#asktheexpert Hi Currently my baby girl is of 15 days old her umbilical cord clip separated post that I’m seeing blood once or twice from bellybutton in a day is it normal.

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. after umbilical cord Falls of yes there is some bleeding but nothing to worry about just maintain proper hygiene by cleaning the area with cotton dipped in Betadine liquid and then apply t-bact ointment over the area
