#AskTheExpert hi am a mother of 3 month BaBy girl. I am a working woman, have to join work after next 3 months. right now baby is on exclusively on breastfeed. please suggest when should I introduce bottle feed, and other fruit vegetable juice to my child, so that I can join my office without any tension of baby's diet.

Upto her age of six months , she should be given breast.milk only.
After six months , she can be given probiotics , meshed vegetables and fruits , soups etc
But she should be given the breast milk as well as per her need.
You may express the milk and store it..in bottle.The same.can be given to her using spoon or bottle
