#asktheexperts my baby is 3 months 17 days old. after completing 4months I have to start formula milk for my baby because I am a working woman and I have to join my workplace. which quantity of formula milk I should start?

A. try Nan Pro or lactogen To boost lactation take lactare tablet and galact granules add oats and meat in the diet take lots of the oral fluids maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

A. Hello dear parent! There are many brands that offer formula milk for babies. Check with your doctor before starting formula feeding. Quantity should be around 150ml for every kg weight. If your baby is 5 kgs then the minimum milk intake should be around 750ml per day. Good luck and take care
