#AskTheExpert Hi am 8 months pregnant. I have severe and uncontrollable itching and rashes. Will it effect my baby. Please suggest how to control am using udiliv and calamine lotion but I feel it's not effective for me.

main thing is keep yourself hydrated and apply bio oil to eating part specially company abdominal area legs you can also apply roghan badam Shirin oil and also apply mixture of fresh aloe vera gel and coconut oil put one Vitamin E capsule in it keep yourself hydrated and include Vitamin D rich food
