#AskTheExpert hi after c section delivery of my baby 10 months ago I've not got my periods till date. earlier iwas diagnosed PCOS is there any chances to have the disease again...?

It's normal
Nothing to do
But you can become pregnant even before menses resumes
So use proper contraception
Pcod stays for life
Its in your genes
It may be under control and periods may be regular
Lifestyle changes and weight loss is the main stay in treatment of pcod
