#AskTheExpert hi..3 months was completed for my delivery still my tummy is not reduced littile bit also.can suggest for my issues

A. wear abdominal belt for tightening loose abdomen belly. eat low calorie diet. reduce your sugar and fat intake. drink lukewarm water. have sunbath every morning for half an hour daily

A. you should drink warm water belly massage will also help reducing fat. intake high fiber content food.

A. Continue low-impact cardio workouts for the first four to six months after a C-section delivery. Gradually, you can try walking, swimming, water aerobics, cycling, abdominal exercises, pelvic floor exercises, and other high-impact cardio exercises.
