A. well hello. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

A. Hi mommy Give adequate feeding Burp well after every feeding Try to keep head up position while feeding Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation Wash hands often before touching your baby
