Q.

#AskTheExpert hey my daughter is not having protein food in recent times.. can you please suggest me the schedule i can follow to meet daily protein intake.

A. hi ideally ,kids at this stage of age needs 13g protine on daily basis. so ,you can add some food items like egg , yoghurt , nuts , lentils ,tofu , oats ,milk and milk based products etc in your child diet. milk is best source of it so try to give it twice in a day. be creative while serving food to your child ,it will help to encourage your child to take interest in food. for example if a child doesn't like to take milk , disguise milk by mixing it into other foods . like fruit smoothie
