A. dear would be mom some females have prolonged symptoms take one pot meals whenever you are able to eat like paneer parathas or eggs bhurji roti mix vegetable dal khichdi with ghee mix vegetable dal parathas with curds

A. Hello dear! Take your vitamin supplements on time. Try taking calcium and fibre intake well. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. It is important to take good diet for better growth of baby. Speak to your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
