Q.

#AskTheExpert Hey I am Having twins of 21months old. One of them is a very light sleeper infact if he sleeps by chance at 10 pm also then he starts crying and wake up at 12 and starts playing...Since Last 21 months I am trying to set his routine but he is very unpredictable everyday.What to do???

A. @Rashmi Thanks for your suggestion but in day time he sleeps by getting cranky anytime he wants and there is no noise at all in home since we take all care to not disturb his sleep by sound.

A. @Dr Ghoshe He is taking feed properly and over active child. But the problem is me , my husband and another baby is having night sleep disturbance because of him..moreover he is too naughty to handle otherwise in bed.

A. there is lot of individual variation regarding sleeping pattern in the babies conveyed for sometime There is lot of individual variation in the sleeping pattern of small babies before coming to a particular sleeping pattern no need to worry about this at present if the baby is taking feeding properly and otherwise active

A. If your child is such a light sleeper than you can go ahead with using earplugs because that is going to block all the sounds from other side and before you put your child to sleep you make sure that your child hasn’t slept through the day and you channelise the energy of the child your child should be actually exhausted before your child goes to sleep that is how your child is going to sleep through the nightWrite Your Answer Here
