Weight Is the best way that you can figure it out if your child is gaining a minimum of 400 g every month that means your child is gaining proper weight gain and also it is said that if a child is full for about 2 to 3 hours after taking a feed from you that is also quite an indication that your child is getting sufficient feed from you
