as you say your child's lips are dry then it indicates dehydration give her lots of breast milk continuously, and see that she will pass 6 to 8 times urine per day.
also clean her hands very frequently, keep the floor of the house clean which will reduce the diarrhoea
if your baby is having loose motion , as it is quite common during this age and it is sometimes related to teething.
Baby doesn't need any treatment but give breast milk continuously to avoid any dehydration.
keep the floor of the house clean as baby will put the hands in the mouth and may cause diarrhoea more.
