#asktheexpert hey doctor My 6 month old sweats a lot. his palms and feet will be cold always. May I know the reason?

A. if the growth of the child is proper there is no need to worry about the sweating pattern in the child. but if you feel that the child is having some other problems also get the child examined by the doctor. you can apply regular baby powder on the sweating areas. if the child in cool atmosphere and make the child wear cotton clothes.x it is very common to find sweating on the forehead as well as the palms and soles and the other folding areas in the body. sweating is usually a part of metabolism and metabolic growth of the child. usually it's a normal phenomenon.

A. That’s a normal body temperature in sweating in this age is also completely normal as the age is going to progress the sweating is automatically going to reduce them for an initial age a child can sweat quite a lot because they normally have a inner higher body temperature
