Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. calcium and vitamin d supplements. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment

This pain could be due to growth pain which is common with kids so you should start with necessary supplements like vitamin D3 and B12 and calcium for your child after consulting your Pediatrician that is going to help him better weight gain and growth also
