You can add caloric dense foods to baby's recipes like egg, ghee almonds walnuts cashews dates banana chickoo pulses potato anjeer coconut til seeds
Avoid sugary foods, junk foods , like Biscuits waffers, maggi. chocolates
Shabnam SheikhMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hi...strt giving him food wat u eat.give four meals in a day like breakfast, lunch evening snacks n dinner. milk atleast 3-4 times a day.
give ragi/wheat/oats porridge with dryfruit powder n dates for breakfast, veg soup/dal khichdi/veg khichdi/roti /ghee rice for lunch, evening give fruit/sheera/suji kheer/cerelac (sometimes) pancake n dinner give dal khichdi or oats n ragi porridge with dryfruit.
