Some examples are : stewed peach or stewed pear, methi tinda pulao, palak dhokla, ragi dosa, spinach pumpkin puree, oats apple porridge, sattu apple porridge, stewed apple, dalia khichdi, roti dipped in carrot beetroot coriander soup, besan coriander chilla, mashed papaya, curd rice, roti dipped in masoor Dal + lauki sabzi, grated cucumber oats pancake, mango or mashed banana, vegetable upma, methi parantha with lauki sabzi, boiled egg yolk or home made paneer, seviyan upma, mashed chikoo, aloo parantha, peas and potato sabzi with parantha, khichdi, kadhi with rice, roti dipped in Dal palak, egg or paneer parantha, etc.
