RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl7 months agoA. The standard diet is going to include Dal water rice water followed by fruits and vegetables of all kinds then you can give varieties that you can prepare out of ragi Suji and oats and make sure to include varieties of dairy products as well
