Vritika AroraMom of 2 children2 years agoA. It totally depends upon the birth weight of the child the baby should gain 200 g per week for 1st 3 months and the baby should double the birth weight at the age of 6 months if she is fe fed well keep a check on weight gain an. urine count of the child
