#AskTheExpert Hello Sir. Our baby is 2 years and 2 months. Her nose blocked due to cold from last 3 days. She cannot breathe properly. How to bring out the mucous? Please suggest. Thank you.

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 27 months old and she is having a cold and nasal blockage so she doesn’t take breathing properly so give her steam inhalation and saline nasal drops twice a day

Hi mommy Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly Maintain hydration
