DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 3 years old and he has not passed stools since last 6 days so it’s not normal so give him enough food and use dulculax anal pills at his rectum

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Constipation is a problem where there is difficulty in passing the stools and it could be very hard leading to sometimes injury and it becomes a chronic condition in most of the cases if not treated properly .
most important thing is a proper diet with good fibre and plenty of liquids . Also avoidance of food which can aggravate the condition like Banana excess of mfilk and food with maida and junk .
medications should be given like lactulose or polyethylene glycol but only in guidance with the doctor.
In emergency situation glycerine suppgdository or enema is useful.
