A. Hi 2 years was too early for your kid to loose milk teeth. usually permanent teeth starts to erupt by the age of 5-6 years. consult with your nearest pediatric dentist for proper examination.

A. The process of breaking milk teeth starts from the age of 4 1/2 to 5 years so it is going to come now when the time is right because since it broke too quickly that does not guarantee that it is going to be there by the age of five years it will come when it has to come but it’s not a problem as of now
