#AskTheExpert hello sir .... my son is 2.5 years old he is having white patches on his face skin and we hear sumtimes he makes noise with his teeth rubbing with each other lyk Creechy noise ....moreover he has black dots appearing on and off on his legs ...what do you recommend for us to do and what is the reason for all this

babies tend to grind their teeth during night time due to worms in stomach. you should consult with your pediatrician for proper examination of this condition and any treatment if required.
