#AskTheExpert hello sir, my son is 1 year 11 months old we have noticed tiny brown spots on his bottom of the foot for the 2 legs.. i have noticed within 3 to 4 days these many spots occured.. what it is pease suggest.. attaching a picture..

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 8 m old boy3 years agoA. they appear to be some type of hyper pigmentation but if they are not increasing in size as well as number so not treatment would be required but if they are sudden and increasing then meet your doctor for examination
