#AskTheExpert Hello Sir, My son has cough and cold and almost whole year he suffers from cold and cough. I visited so many doctors but jab tak medicine laeta hai tab tak thik and again same problem. infact I gave him inhaler too. pls suggest sir. Thanks in advance

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello you can try to give your child immunity increasing food in the diet which would be helpful for your child to get relief from getting frequent cold or cough and you can give your child vitamin d rich food in the diet and also include dry fruits which can improve the immunity
