A. hi first , usually it is normal for young babies to pass watery stool . but if the consistency is too much watery then you should consult your pediatrician for once. mam , along with that ,I advise to offer more and more breastfeeds to your child. because the more your child latches, the more milk is produced naturally. and if a child is looking happy and active, gains enough weight, passes urine at least 7 or 8 times in a day,no need to worry about it much.
